I’m a wife and stay at home mommy of two beautiful little girls. Our life is centered around the table and this page documents my efforts to feed them real food that I have lovingly prepared.
My family and I aren’t committed to any one specific diet, instead, we have incorporated aspects of multiple eating styles to best suite what we have learned and what makes us feel well. In general, we limit dairy, grains, and sugar. Meat makes an infrequent appearance on our table. We focus on eating fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats.
